BISMARCK, N.D. – Legal preparations are underway for the North Dakota Public Service Commission’s case against Dakota Access LLC.
Commissioners met with their legal team Tuesday in a closed meeting at the Capitol.
Documents say there’s four probable violations by the company during the pipeline’s construction.
These include failure to notify commission of route changes, tree removal violations, separation of topsoil from subsoil violations and a violation of company’s spill prevention plan.
